Solx is a minority owned and operated company building a state-of-the-art 1.2-gigawatt solar panel assembly facility in
Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Solx’s facility will assemble tier-1 modules per the specifications of your project to ensure maximum quality and asset performance.

Solx In The Long Term

Solx intends to build an Initial 1GW zero carbon manufacturing facility with a long term goal of 6GW annual production.

Monocrystalline modules equipped with N-TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cell technology.

N-Topcon Monocrystalline solar panels are highly efficient, with conversion rates of up to 28%, and can last up to 30 years with proper maintenance.

James Holmes

Co-Founder,
Chief Executive Officer



James Holmes has served in a variety of executive roles at Chicago Bridge & Iron (NYSE:CBI), Bechtel, NRG (NYSE:NRG), Sungevity, One Sun and SolarCity (NYSE:SCTY), over the last 20+ years, having successfully deployed gigawatts of fossil and renewable energy assets throughout North America. Before his role at Solx, Mr. Holmes served as VP of Origination at Sunnova (NYSE:NOVA), leading project development and acquisitions across commercial, industrial, municipal, and utility sectors

Dan DeSnyder

Chief Financial Officer



Dan DeSynder leads Solx’s corporate finance, corporate accounting and financial strategic planning, and has over 25 years’ experience as a finance and engineering professional in the energy industry, energy investment banking, and energy policymaking. Prior to his role at Solx, Mr. DeSnyder served as VP Capital Markets at Sunnova (NYSE:NOVA) where he secured $3.0B financing with US DOE, $3.5B in 16 ABS, $1.3B in revolving credit, and >20 tax equity financings.

Korina Sanchez

Chief Legal Officer



Korina Sanchez is one of the Company’s co-founders and has over 10-years’ experience serving across roles as a corporate and regulatory attorney and has demonstrated a successful track record as an entrepreneur. Mrs. Sanchez leads Solx’s corporate structuring, compliance, and investor relations. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and J.D from the University of Illinois.

Jimmy Weng

Chief Operating Officer



Jimmy Weng joined Solx with 4+ years of experience as the CEO for a 2GW solar panel manufacturing facility where he managed operations, oversaw production lines, and managed production output. Mr. Weng has over 30 years of international trade experience, calculating operational costs, and improving business operational efficiency. He has a degree in International Trade from Hangzhou University and degree in English Language and Literature from Zhejiang University

Xiao Lei

Chief Technology Officer



Mr. Lei has over 20 years' experience across product design, engineering and energy projects and is an expert in manufacturing and design at mega-scale. Prior to joining Solx, Mr. Lei developed and deployed Indonesia's first grid-tied micro-grid (100MWpv/200MWh BESS). He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University
